Frequently Asked Questions

The Dothan Regional Airport, located in Dothan, Alabama, is approximately 20 minutes from the ranch. All travel from the Dothan airport to the ranch and back is taken care of by us at no cost. There are additional airports in the area as well. Please get in touch with us for further travel information.

As is with any outfitter hunting expedition, anyone hunting within your group will need a state hunting license. You should obtain a Non-Resident/Hunting All Game license. Licenses can be purchased through Hunting Recreational Licenses- Non-Resident | Outdoor Alabama.

This will take you to the online application and explain the fees and dates applicable. We are happy to assist as needed.

Temperatures during Gun Season can range from a low just above freezing to some unseasonably warm days. We recommend packing clothes you can layer so that you can easily adapt to unpredictable weather.

Below are some items to consider for your trip:

• Firearm of choice for the specific game hunted. Though we do offer firearms and ammunition for use at an additional cost.
• Binoculars (optional but suggested).
• Shotgun if participating in our Skeet/Trap Range (unless you use one offered by us)
• Fishing pole (unless you use one offered by us).
• Appropriate camouflage including face mask/paint or net, hat and gloves.
